Excel Tip: Offer a List of Values for Selection (similar to tagbox)

You can prepare your Excel for importing List Items by using the Excel list functionality for data validation. 

Select your cell and choose Data > Data Validation

There you can define a List for data input, which can reference a column in another sheet.
